McKinley Jane and Grant Alan

Dunkin' Donuts with some friends Chad and I's boss, Susie, passed away from cancer in July.  She was so much more than a boss to me and she will be missed dearly.  To celebrate her life we went out to an Irish pub after the funeral Grant watching all the public school kids get off the bus LOL! She set a trap and actually managed to trap a lizard! This is all he wanted on his actual birthday day!

The kids and I had free tickets to Six Flags for a homeschooling reading program so we decided to go while we were in Atlanta camping for Chad's birthday.  The neatest thing was we were able to meet up with some old friends, Rich and Carrie, from Phoenix!

For Chad's birthday we decided to take a camping trip to Stone Mountain near Atlanta.  The campground was very neat because there were so many activities to do at the campground Grant and I at the top of the hike of Stone Mountain Long day :) The kids participating in the parade Laser light show on the side of Stone Mountain

I've wanted to take the kids to a make your own pottery place forever where they actually get to form the pottery on a wheel and I finally found somewhere that allows kids!  It was way harder than it looks but we had a lot of fun doing the wheel and then painting our creations!
