Here are some more pics that I got off my mom's camera from our cross country trek! This picture is SOOOO Grant :-) Our last trip to Sedona for awhile I'm thinking I should buy her a sleep mask?? We splurged and went to Ipic theaters one last time where they have recliners, pillows, blankets and food you can order while you watch a movie!  We watched "Brave" and they LOVED it and loved having their comfy recliners!

The week before our moving date the boxes got to be too much for me to live around so the kids and I headed up to Sedona with my mom to stay at our favorite resort one last time and go to Bearizona.  Bearizona was soooo cool!  Highly recommend for you Phoenicians. 

So....after choosing to move to Austin, TX in January we went home for my nieces wedding in May and after seeing the kids playing with their cousins we realized how much we were truly missing out on not being near family so we decided to make a BIG switch and move to Kansas City, MO and we decided to move that month!  So after 2 1/2 weeks of packing and rushing around we got the house packed up and moved!  The move was not smooth by any means (Chad had to sit on the side of the road for 20 hours in 115 degree heat thanks to Uhaul..which is a company I would not recommend) but we are here and we both feel this was the best decision by far for our family.  The kids are loving being around their cousins and we are loving being in same town as two of my siblings and short driving distance to the rest of my siblings and my parents.  My mom came down to help me the week before with the kids and then to help me make the 20 hour drive to MO with the kids and i...

Chad and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary June 1st and we took a trip to Temecula, CA and it was beautiful!  I wish we hadn't waited until right before we were moving to visit here because it definately would have been a favorite getaway spot for us.  The wineries were gorgeous and they had some great tastings available.  We had found an online deal for a bed and breakfast there and it was absolutely gorgeous. We went to Kansas in May to see my oldest niece get married and what a neat wedding.  I have never seen a more Christ-centered wedding than this one and it was just awesome.  The kids loved playing with all their cousins and seeing all the aunts and uncles.  What a fun time!
