Grant and McKinley Baptism

For quite some time the kids have expressed an interest and understanding in baptism but with all our moving around we didn't feel we had a solid "home" church yet so we had them baptized back home in Ted and Julie's church in Brownell.  It was fun having it back home because both sets of grandparents and some extended family were able to join us and witness this huge moment in the kids lives.

It's really nice having both sets of grandparents within a 30 minute drive of each other so that we can kill two birds with one stone when we fly back to Kansas! Of course Petey had to come along :)

While we were at Grandpa Ted and Grandma Julie's we decided to try to go find some shark's teeth.  We didn't have much luck but it was still fun exploring and seeing the beautiful landscape.

We made a trip back home to visit grandparents and were also able to see my brother Matt's family and get some cousin time in.  The kids are at an age where they are able to play together independently so it was a lot of fun!  It was also Father's Day weekend so I was able to spend it with my dad! The baby rabbit they caught...and that we later found dead :(
