19 Month Update
It's starting to warm up here and while I'm loving the 70's and 80's that's a sure sign that 120 degrees is right around the corner so we're really trying to enjoy our outside time right now before it gets too hot!
Grant: He had his 18 month check up where he weighed in at 21 lbs. For height and weight he was in the 3-5 percentile actual age. Doctor is very happy with his progress. Said that he's either right on or ahead of all his milestones. Grant's new favorite thing right now is for mommy to sing songs that he can do actions to. Hours can be spend singing "The Wheels on the Bus" or "If You're Happy and You Know It". He's about the best audience you can have because after each verse he claps and says "YAY!!". Our favorite thing to do during the day is to play chase and hide 'n seek. It scares him every time Mommy jumps out, but then he runs off laughing!
McKinley: At her 18 month check up she weighed in at 20 lbs. For weight she was in the 3rd percentile and for height she was in the 80th percentile! Tall and skinny girl. She can actually fit into some 2T clothes. Same as Grant, she is either hitting or ahead on all her milestones. Her language continues to improve each week and frequently she'll go off on tangents where I know she's saying something she expects me to understand, but unfortunately I don't speak "McKinley"! She is a little daredevil and loves to do anything that might result in a broken arm. This includes jumping off the footstool onto the couch, jumping off the armrest of the couch, having daddy throw her onto the bed, etc.
Enjoying some outdoor time on a warm day!
Any bike can be built for two in Grant and McKinley's world
At the EXTREMELY crowded cubbies spring training game. Once the crowds cleared out and they could move around they had a great time. I wish we could have made more games.
Awww...and the cubbies even won this game!
Some hot pink shades for a manly boy!

I turned around and saw McKinley backing up to sit on Grant's lap so I had to get a pic!
At Fan Day at Peoria Sports Complex
This is the only way they'll ever be on a motorcycle if I have any say!

Grant making my job so much easier by pushing McKinley around for hours
