Technical Help Needed!!

As you can tell the pic at the top of our blog is HUGE! I've worked on it for awhile now and can't fix it, nor can I revert it back to the original pic we had. Anyone have any ideas?

You can go to scrapblog.com and put your pic in there, then you can save it as a jpeg to your computer, and put it up there...it's the perfect size for a blog!
